Silver Blades Figure Skating Club is proud to announce the first of their Off-ice Development sessions for 2013.

Term 3 kick's off with Off Ice Skill Development. Working on Strength and flexibility, jump rotation, dance and performance execution.
These sessions are aimed at skaters in Aussie Skate and up to Pre-Primary and Adult.

BENEFITS:

It is extremely important for skaters to develop a good off-ice training schedule because everything they learn off-ice will help to enhance skating skills and performance and reduce and/or prevent skating related injuries. Read More ...

The First 4 weeks block:

Date: Saturday July 27th, August 3rd, August 10th, August 17th
Venue: Actor Ink - 12 - 20 Morney Street, Adelaide, 5000 (5 Minutes from the IceArenA)
Time:   12:30pm - 1:15pm Off Jump & Rotation with Richard Laidlaw (Skating coach)
           1:15pm - 2:15pm - Dance and performance execution Becky Schembri (Dance Teacher)

Cost: $80 for SBFSC Members / $120 for Non-Members
 
Please register this block before Saturday 27th  of July.

The Second 4 weeks block:

Date: Saturday August 24th, August 31th, September 7th, September 21st

Venue: Smart Health- 12-22 Richmond Rd  Keswick SA 5035 (5 Minutes from the IceArenA)
Time:   12:30pm - 1:30pm Pilates with Jennie Guest (Pilates Instructor)

Venue: Dance Gallery- 210 Henley Beach Rd  Torrensville SA 5031 (5 Minutes from the IceArenA)
            2:00pm - 2:45pm - Ballroom Dancing with Rhett & Kym English  (Dance Teacher)

Cost: $80 for SBFSC Members / $120 for Non-Members

 For one session:  $30 for SBFSC Member / $40 for Non-Member

50 % Discount for Mum/Dad to take the class with their kid.
