Synchronised Skating Team must submit Team Registration Form, Team Declaration Form, PPC & Music details

Dear Synchronised Skating Team Managers & Coaches,

To enter synchronised Skating Team for Panda.

• All entries are required to be submitted electronically using the On line Entry Application & Payment:

  https://www.registernow.com.au/secure/Register.aspx?E=17864

• Team Manager or Captain needs to register and create a team online.

• Team member needs to registerer with the online team and pay Online Individually (This can all be done by Team Manager).

• Team member needs to register before the entry closed date (September 24^th )

• Team Manager/Coach must submit the following forms below to competition.convenor@silverblades.org.au by the entry closed date (September, 24^th ).

1. The Team Registration Form
2. Team Declaration Form

3. PPC & Music details form

    

• Team Manager/Coach, please notify your Sates Association of your team intention to skate at Panda Challenge as indicated in the Announcement.

Please Note:

Entries will be accepted by the Competition Convenor until the closing date (Thursday 24th September 2015). Late entries may be accepted at the discretion of the Competition Convenor and will incur a financial penalty.
